Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel and Conf CTR

5440 North River Road, Rosemont | Illinois | 60018

The above picture shows the layout of the hotel main floor.  The layout rooms are O’Hare 4,5.

O’Hare 5 has a large ground level doorway (see red arrow on diagram above) that can be used for bringing in modules. If that door is locked, you will need to contact one of the room captains.

During setup, only those people who are involved with the layout setup should be in the layout rooms.

People on the layout lists (see attachment next page) will be given a wristband if they are not registered convention attendees.  People who not have a convention badge or a wristband will not be allowed into the layout area, unless they pay the admission price.

If you bring modules in on Wednesday, please place them, up against the walls in O’hare 5 so they will not interfere with marking the floor.

If you want to have special sessions or just run during non-show hours, please let me know and we will make arrangements.
