Public Show Setup Information
Welcome to the 2025 Overland Park, KS., Swaparama and Public Show
The N Scale Enthusiast (NSE) hosting the National N Scale Convention (NNSC) thanks you for your support as a N Scale manufacturers, dealers and just folks that have more trains than they can actually run on their layout.
There are many things that NSE has in place to help enhance one of our basic missions, which is support of the N Scale Model Railroad Hobby. This all starts with registering for the NNSC. Online registration is available from January 7th, 2025, through June 16nd 2025.
At the NNSC on Registration Wednesday, there will be tables set aside where product literature, announcements and company specific information can be placed. This is a chance to immediately publicize your product offering(s) to all registered convention attendees. Please contact the convention management team, Dick Ollendorf, Skip Hayes (Dick@NationalNScaleConvention.com) (trainnbyskip@yahoo.com) for details.
The best way for N Scale manufacturers and vendors to interact with both convention attendees as well as the general public is to have exhibition and sales space in the NNSC Public Show. This event is in both upper and lower Ballrooms Several changes are being introduced for the 2025 Convention, both to celebrate the 31st Anniversary Convention and to enhance the experience. Foremost among these changes is the co-location of multiple operational N Scale Layouts with the vendor tables in the same room.
Each table space is 6’x30” and electricity is available as an added charge. There is a special vendor registration available as well as a reduced rate for “helpers” as needed. Additionally, this type of registration is eligible to purchase both Saturday night Convention banquet tickets and events, participate in the well-regarded Thursday night live N Scale Auction and purchase tickets to the manufacturers breakfast.

The Manufacturers Breakfast is an event used to announce new products, future vendor plans as well as N-gauging with other vendors/hobbyists over a buffet style breakfast. This year, the manufacturer’s breakfast will be held on Saturday prior to the opening of the Swap Meet from 7:30AM-9:30AM. This time change will allow attendees to hear about new developments and have the chance to discuss in more detail with those vendors during the course of the Saturday Swap meet session. The NSE Board are pleased to announce that Scale Trains of Cleveland, TN will be the emceeing again for this annual tradition.
