In order to maintain viewing sightlines at the swap arama we need to locate merchants with large banners or tables display in the appropriate spots.

We need your help with planning and assigning vendor locations within the swap room by allowing organizers to better group similar merchandise and manage traffic flow. Having advance knowledge of what each vendor is selling would also make it easier to address spacing, visibility, and fairness concerns for all participants.
In addition, the NSE website should clearly outline display limitations so expectations are understood in advance. Specifically, the height of merchandise displayed on tables should be limited to a maximum of 30 inches above the tabletop to prevent blocking sightlines for neighboring vendors and attendees. Any backdrops, signage, or display boards should be restricted to no more than 60 inches from the floor and, where applicable, may be required to be placed against a wall. Clearly communicating these guidelines upfront will help ensure a more organized, fair, and enjoyable swap room experience for everyone involved.
